Our responsibility doesn’t end when construction is complete. Lloyd provides structured warranty support to ensure your facility performs as intended.
At closeout, we deliver complete documentation, including warranties, operation manuals, and key system contacts. If an issue arises during the warranty period, our team coordinates with subcontractors and vendors to resolve it quickly.
Like everything we do, warranty support is handled with clear communication, accountability, and a commitment to doing things right.
warranty coverage
Construction performed by Lloyd usualincludes a two-year warranty beginning at Substantial Completion. During this time, we address workmanship or installation issues and coordinate with manufacturers on equipment and system warranties.
Coverage may include:
• Installation or workmanship concerns

• Coordination with equipment manufacturers
• Follow-up inspections when needed
Many components — such as roofing, HVAC, and specialty equipment — carry extended manufacturer warranties provided at project closeout.
