Golder Ranch Fire Station 378 was constructed to strengthen emergency response capabilities for the rapidly growing SaddleBrooke Ranch community. Replacing a temporary station that had served the area for more than a decade, the new facility provides the modern infrastructure, apparatus accommodations, and firefighter living spaces needed to support both current operations and future growth. As a key component of Golder Ranch Fire District's emergency response network, Station 378 enhances service reliability while ensuring the community remains protected as development continues

Purpose-built for 24/7 emergency operations, Station 378 combines durable construction, efficient station layouts, and modern firefighter accommodations to support operational readiness around the clock. The facility includes expanded apparatus bays, living quarters for on-duty personnel, and space to accommodate future service needs as the area continues to grow. Through close collaboration with Golder Ranch Fire District and the project team, Lloyd delivered a modern public safety facility that strengthens emergency response capabilities while serving as a long-term investment in the SaddleBrooke Ranch community.
