The AC Hotel Tucson is an eight-story, 176,480-square-foot boutique hotel that brings Marriott's European-inspired hospitality concept to the heart of downtown. Combining contemporary architecture with thoughtfully integrated public spaces, the development features 136 guest rooms, meeting and event space, retail storefronts, a rooftop pool and bar, fitness center, and a 200-space parking garage.

Constructed on a highly constrained downtown site, the project required innovative planning and precise execution. Limited access, adjacent occupied businesses, high-voltage power lines, and the modern streetcar corridor demanded careful logistics throughout construction.
Balloon framing and off-site prefabrication of mechanical and plumbing systems accelerated the schedule, allowing multiple trades to work simultaneously while improving quality and reducing field labor. The result is a distinctive hospitality destination delivered through innovative construction methods and disciplined execution
