Constructed on an occupied elementary campus, the project required careful planning to maintain student safety and uninterrupted school operations. A site-specific safety plan, alternate construction access, just-in-time material deliveries, and close coordination with school administrators minimized impacts throughout construction.

By scheduling disruptive work around testing and school activities while proactively managing long-lead materials, the project was completed on time and within budget, delivering a high-quality learning environment with minimal disruption to campus life.
